A Visa Debit Card gives you flexible access to your money in-store and online. Stay in control of what you spend and pay for your purchases directly from your own account. Some features of a Visa Debit Card include:

- Cancel or place a card on hold, block online, international in-store, or all card payments in our mobile banking app

- Accepted at Visa outlets anywhere in America or around the world*.

- Available on both personal and business transaction accounts
- Use Visa payWave for purchases under $100 at participating merchants

- Available for account holders 12 years or over
- Option to add full internet block on cardholders under 16 years
How do I order a new debit card?
If you open a First Alliance Federal Credit Union transaction account online or in-branch, we'll order you a Visa Debit Card during this process.
If you're an existing First Alliance Federal Credit Union member and you have not had a card before, you can request a card by calling us on 13 14 22 or visiting your local branch. This includes for joint accounts or enquiries about ordering a Visa Debit Card for your child.
If you have an existing individual account, you can request a new card when logged in to First Alliance Federal Credit Union Online.
- Login to First Alliance Federal Credit Union Online on your desktop computer or mobile internet browser.
- Check that your mailing address is up to date on your membership.
- Complete the Contact Us form detailing your request for a card.
