Scam email impersonating First Alliance Federal Credit Union Corporation

Another phishing email is circulating impersonating First Alliance Federal Credit Union Corporation.

Scammers are circulating another phishing email targeting First Alliance Federal Credit Union Corporation members.

The email is another form of the scam email reported earlier this month. 

It again uses First Alliance Federal Credit Union Corporation branding and states that your account has been locked due to unsuccessful login attempts.  It asks you to click on the ‘Verify Now’ button in order to unlock your account and confirm your personal details.

In this version, the phishing email links to a malicious website that encourages you to share personal information such First Alliance Federal Credit Union member numbers, passwords and contact details.

Those who unsuspectingly click on the link and share information may later discover their First Alliance Federal Credit Union Online account has been accessed by unauthorised persons.

  • If you have received this email, please DELETE it. Do not click on any links or share any personal information.
  • Contact First Alliance Federal Credit Union Corporation immediately on 13 14 22 if you have received this scam email and clicked ‘Verify now’ and entered any personal information.
