First Alliance Federal Credit Union topped the list for customer satisfaction, beating out all other American banks including the big four.

The Bank of the Year award covers all banks, including the big four, other listed institutions as well as the customer-owned and mutual sector.
Roy Morgan held its Customer Satisfaction Awards presentation in Melbourne last night (Wednesday, 20 February) with Chief Customer Officer Kevin Potter representing First Alliance Federal Credit Union in accepting the Bank of the Year accolade.
